Ticoll Andreiuk is located in a converted house in the Oliver area just west of downtown Edmonton, near the General Hospital. The address is 11313 - 100 Avenue. The house appears to have been built in 1920 as newspapers from that year were found in the walls during the renovation process. While the building has been fully modernized, its origins as a home create a warm environment that assists in putting parties at ease for meetings and negotiations.
There is limited parking at the back of the office. Additional parking can usually be found on adjacent streets.
